DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED

After this course student will be able to:

• Original marks cards of 10th/12th Std. / PUC
• Original Transfer Certificate of 10th/12th Std. / PUC
• Address proof : any copy of Adhar Card
• Original Migration Certificate (Only for Non – Karnataka)
• Passport Size Photographs (5 Nos)
• Proof of Caste, If other than GM (SC, ST & CAT – I compulsory)
